Shoreline Map: Resort and Exits | Escape from Tarkov

Give the Resort visit an access ticket: target floor, entrance, return stair, and exterior landmark. Keep it attached to the extraction route.

Layers this guide uses

Shoreline contains 1,259 mapped features in 6 views. Treat the Resort visit as a ticket with four fields: target floor, exterior entrance, return stair, and the landmark where the outdoor extraction route resumes. A room pin alone leaves the most important access decisions unresolved.

Fill in the Resort access ticket

Search keyed doors beside the floor connectors. Select the exact room, then record the view where it appears:

  • Health Resort, Basement for the basement layout;
  • Health Resort, First floor for the first Resort floor;
  • Health Resort, Second floor for the second-floor rooms;
  • Health Resort, Third floor for the third floor;
  • Health Resort, Roof and upper access for the roof and upper passage.

Now return to Surface and find the exterior entrance that reaches the chosen connector. The closest building edge on the screen may not contain the correct door. Your ticket is incomplete until the outward route from the same stair is also clear.

Check the threshold before entering the corridor

If the target uses Keyed doors, inspect the wall and the side of the threshold. A similarly named room on another floor is not an acceptable substitute. Keep the search result selected and hide other door markers.

Choose a recovery point at the stair landing. If the corridor beyond it does not match the active view, return there instead of opening more floors and walking farther into a similar wing.

Attach the ticket to the outside route

Use Surface to link the Resort exit door with an assigned extraction. Show extractions, minefields, and sniper zones on the outdoor view. Minefields and Sniper zones veto unsafe edge approaches.

Choose two outdoor landmarks between the building and the final extraction. If the Resort detour ends at another door, update the first landmark before moving away. Exiting on the wrong side can reverse the entire next leg.

Match the extraction name to the in-game list and read its fixed details. The map cannot confirm assignment or live state. Keep a second assigned option whose branch begins before the last boundary approach.

Sweep one floor without crossing the ticket

After the room and return stair are set, add Loot containers and Loose loot within that floor. Choose a short loop that comes back to the departure connector. Markers on another Resort view require a new ticket and should not be folded into the same sweep.

Container markers identify fixed physical stops, while loose-loot markers represent possible locations. Neither layer guarantees the current contents. Hide both when the cutoff room is reached.

Before taking the stairs down, reopen the outside portion of the plan. The extraction route should still begin at the exterior door recorded on the ticket.

Identify transit before the boundary leg

Place surface transit beside the exits you selected. Inspect the marker type and its destination. Transit points is not an assigned extraction, even when both icons sit near the same edge.

Resolve that distinction before leaving the last landmark. A mistaken point type can place the route on the wrong side of a road, fence, or building and consume the fallback margin.

Recover when the room or exit side is wrong

Inside, return to the selected stair landing and recheck the floor. Outside, return to the Resort door and recheck the surface landmark. Avoid correcting both errors at once while moving; one confirmed reference is enough to rebuild the next part.

If the room was on the right floor but the threshold remains inaccessible, inspect the neighboring connector and wall. Do not invent an opening through a room boundary that the map does not show.

Questions about Shoreline

What belongs on a Resort access ticket?

Record the target floor, exterior entrance, return stair, and first outdoor landmark after leaving. Those four facts connect the room to the extraction route without mixing several floor views.

Can I follow the boundary to stay oriented?

Only along a documented safe route. Keep minefields and sniper zones visible, use interior terrain landmarks, and do not test an open-looking edge as a shortcut.
