Silksong Lost Flea Locations: Reading the Flea Layer
Pharloom's Lost fleas layer holds 33 markers, of which 27 are typed as fleas and 4 are the caravan's stops, and the caravan can be switched off in one click.
Layers this guide uses
The Lost fleas layer draws 33 markers across Pharloom, and they are not all fleas. 27 are typed as a lost flea, 4 are the flea caravan’s stops, and 2 carry no type at all.
Click the layer’s name rather than its checkbox and those types appear as their own rows, which is how you switch the caravan off. That leaves 29 markers on the map: the 27 fleas and the two untyped ones, which stay drawn because hiding a type does not hide what was never typed.
Where the caravan stops
Three of the caravan’s four markers are filed under Blasted Steps, Greymoor and Putrified Ducts. Those are the ones to look past when you are counting fleas rather than following the caravan.
The caravan belongs on this layer rather than a separate one because it is the same trail: the fleas you free turn up where it is parked.
Why the count is not 30
Flea guides count 30 fleas to rescue. This layer types 27 markers as fleas, so a list of 30 will run a few ahead of the map.
That gap is worth knowing before you use either. The map is reliable for where a marker is. It is not a checklist you can run against somebody else’s numbering and expect the totals to meet.
If you are chasing a completion count, work from the game’s own tally and use the layer to find what you are missing. If you are just trying to reach the next one, the map is the faster tool of the two.
Running the layer
Flea markers sit close to benches. Across the kingdom the typical flea is about a bench’s walk from one, and none is far from the nearest rest point, so fleas with benches on is a more useful view than fleas alone.
The in-view counter is what makes a sweep manageable. Zoom out until the markers collapse into discs and each disc shows how many are inside it. Pan across an area and the number tells you how much of the layer is still out there without opening a single card.
Marking fleas off
Open a flea marker and tick Mark on its card. Once most of them are ticked, turn on Hide marked and only what you have not reached is left drawn.
That is worth doing early with this layer specifically. Flea markers look alike and are spread thin, so the ones you have already found are exactly the ones you will keep re-checking if you do not tick them.
Marks live in your browser and are stored per map. Pharloom is a single map, so one tally covers the whole run, and it does not follow you to another device.
Using it alongside a written flea list
The map and a numbered guide answer different halves of the question. A guide tells you what to do when you get there. The map tells you where the marker is and how many are left in the part of the kingdom you are standing in.
Read them together and the caravan filter is the first thing to set: with it off, everything drawn is something you are meant to be looking for.
