The atlas plots 417 Sites of Grace across both worlds and places the Lands Between's underground checkpoints below the surface on one map.

Layers this guide uses

The Sites of Grace layer plots 312 placements in the Lands Between and 105 in the Realm of Shadow. The combined 417 records include checkpoints in open regions, legacy dungeons, side areas, and underground zones.

Search by the name shown in the game’s fast-travel menu when you know it. Use the layer when you are clearing an area and do not yet know which checkpoint is missing.

Surface and underground checkpoints

The Lands Between uses one vertical map. The upper section contains Limgrave, Liurnia, Caelid, Altus, Leyndell, the Mountaintops, the Consecrated Snowfield, Farum Azula, and the other surface regions. Pan below it for Siofra, Ainsel, Nokron, Nokstella, Deeproot Depths, the Lake of Rot, and Mohgwyn Palace.

If search moves the camera to the lower part of the map, check the nearest underground region label. A nearby surface grace does not imply a nearby underground entrance.

Open Sites of Grace with Guidance of Grace when you want the game’s directional trails as context. Hide Guidance again when you only need a clean checkpoint checklist.

Plan a region sweep

Choose a region and zoom in until individual grace pins separate. Work from the edge you have already reached rather than selecting a distant point by straight-line distance. Mountains, sealed doors, lifts, and dungeon progression often decide the real route.

For an unexplored region:

  1. Select a known Site of Grace near the boundary.
  2. Keep Sites of Grace as the only active high-volume travel layer.
  3. Add Map Fragments if the in-game region is still fogged.
  4. Follow reachable roads and activate each grace in the game.
  5. Mark the matching point found after the name appears in fast travel.

Checking the in-game name at each stop prevents a similarly named point or a grace in another section from being marked by mistake.

Legacy dungeons and optional areas

Several Sites of Grace sit inside legacy dungeons or behind bosses. The pin confirms that a checkpoint exists; it does not mean you can approach it from the overworld side of the wall. Add Dungeons and Bosses when a grace appears inside a large structure and you need to understand the surrounding encounter context.

Optional underground routes need the same caution. Check the nearest named place before treating the shortest line as a path.

Realm of Shadow grace route

The DLC map contains 105 Sites of Grace. Start with Sites of Grace and Map Fragments, then add Shadow Realm Blessings only when planning a progression pickup sweep.

The Realm of Shadow uses vertical terrain and long approach roads. Two pins that look adjacent may sit on different plateaus. Zoom out until the connecting road is visible, then return to the target. Do not use the map’s coordinate grid as a distance promise.

Finish the checklist without losing your place

Mark a grace found only after activating it in the game. Found state stays in the current browser, and completed pins fade so unresolved graces remain prominent. Search is still useful for confirming a name after most of the layer is complete.

Audit the base game in two passes: the upper surface section first, then the underground section below it. Open the Realm of Shadow grace map as a separate checklist. The separate passes make the final missing checkpoint easier to identify.
