Elden Ring Scadutree Fragment Locations and DLC Route

The Shadow Realm Blessings layer contains 40 Scadutree Fragment placements and 19 Revered Spirit Ash placements. This guide focuses on the 40 Scadutree records.

Forty is a placement count, not the number of individual fragments required by the blessing system. A placement can award more than one item. The map records where the game places the pickup or reward; it does not turn quantities into extra pins.

Isolate Scadutree Fragments with search

Open Shadow Realm Blessings, then type Scadutree Fragment into map search. The grouped result frames all 40 matching placements. Choose a full-strength pin from that focused view to open one location’s details. This is more precise than scanning all 59 blessing records, because Revered Spirit Ashes share the same category.

Open Blessings with Sites of Grace when planning a route. Add Map Fragments if the regional map is still fogged, then hide that layer after collecting the fragment pillar.

Clear by plateau, not by straight-line distance

The Realm of Shadow is vertically layered. A Scadutree Fragment that appears close to your position can be on a higher plateau, behind a dungeon route, or approached from another region. The nearest coordinate is not necessarily the shortest playable route.

Choose a Site of Grace you can already reach and trace visible roads toward one group of markers. Finish that group before moving to another plateau. If a direct path ends at a cliff, zoom out until the road’s earlier branch is visible.

Common placement contexts

Scadutree Fragments appear in several kinds of context rather than one repeated container. Some are at obvious progression landmarks; others are tied to exploration, enemies, or less direct approaches. The marker identifies the destination, while your current access and game state determine whether it is reachable.

Keep Bosses hidden for a clean collection pass. Add them only when the route or reward is tied to an encounter. Keep Upgrade Materials hidden because those are weapon and summon resources, not Scadutree Blessing pickups.

A practical route checklist

1. Collect the regional Map Fragment when the area is still fogged.
2. Open Shadow Realm Blessings and search Scadutree Fragment.
3. Select a reachable point near an activated Site of Grace.
4. Inspect the road and elevation before traveling.
5. Collect the pickup or reward in the game.
6. Mark that exact placement found.
7. Continue within the same plateau, using faded found pins to avoid retracing completed stops.

Copy the selected marker link when the approach requires a long detour. The link keeps the Realm of Shadow map, active categories, camera, and stable marker ID.

Do not mix the two DLC blessings

Scadutree Blessing and Revered Spirit Ash Blessing use different items. Both appear under Shadow Realm Blessings because they are the DLC’s exploration-based progression resources, but search separates their names.

When the remaining count looks wrong, clear search and check whether Revered Spirit Ash markers are still visible. Then search Scadutree Fragment again. Faded pins are completed records, while full-strength pins are unresolved Scadutree placements.

Start with the Realm of Shadow progression view, then reduce it to Blessings alone once the map and checkpoint network are established.
