Silksong Shakra, Shop and NPC Locations Across Pharloom
Pharloom records 31 shops and 213 character markers; Shakra alone has 19 positions, while story characters can appear at several map states.
Layers this guide uses
The Silksong map contains 31 shop markers and 213 character locations. Open Characters and choose the NPC subtype, then use Benches and Bellways to pick the route. A character can have several markers because Pharloom records story-state positions separately.

Pilgrim records make up several more groups under the same visible name. Choose by region and story context rather than assuming every same-name result is one person moving in order.
Find Shakra and a region map
Open Characters, expand its type list and select the Shakra subtype. Her 19 markers cover cartographer positions across Pharloom. Turn Shops on as supporting context for nearby vendor points.
Shakra, shops, benches and Bellways is still broad at 349 markers. Keep only the Shakra character subtype visible until the correct region is centered.
If a region map was missed, start with the Shakra record that matches the current area. Her shop state can change with progression, so verify the vendor after arriving.
Green Prince and Seth
Green Prince has four Character markers, including later story positions. Match the result to the region and current step rather than selecting the nearest pin.
Seth has three Character markers and a separate enemy encounter record. Keep Characters on for dialogue or story movement. Use Enemies for Shrine Guardian Seth.
Shops and NPCs are separate layers
A shop marker identifies a place to buy or interact with a vendor. A Character marker identifies the person or state. They can overlap and should not be added together as a unique NPC count.
Shops contains generic vendor points. Characters holds named character subtypes for conversations and story movement. Use the type list to isolate the person, then turn Shops on only when vendor context helps the route.
Plan the connected route
The closest bench or station on the flat sheet may be separated by a locked door. Add Passages or Locked ways when the route looks too direct. Bellway and Ventrica stations total 20; benches total 85.
For a one-time quest step, mark the specific character record after using it. Do not mark every same-name location, because later states may still matter.
Browse characters by type
Character names such as Shakra and Green Prince live in the Characters type list, not the search catalog. Expand the layer, select the subtype and pan to the region named by the objective. Use search only for an item or enemy whose marker has its own title.
