Layers this guide uses

The Silksong map records 219 Rosary markers and 59 Shell Shard locations. Use Rosaries for currency pickups and caches. Use Shell shards for the separate material layer. Add Benches and Bellways after choosing a compact area.

Shell Shards

The Shell shards layer has 48 regional shard markers and 11 individual Shell shard records, 59 in total. Expand the layer and select the subtype when you need one subset.

Rosaries and Shell Shards answer different resource needs, so a route should have one primary target. Keeping both visible is reasonable after zooming into a region; the combined 278 points remain readable at local scale.

Build a route around a bench

  1. Open Rosaries or Shell shards.
  2. Zoom into the region you are exploring.
  3. Add Benches and choose a start point.
  4. Add Bellways if the route crosses a larger part of Pharloom.
  5. Save the filtered link for a repeat farm.

Rosaries, shards, benches and stations contains 383 markers. Expand Rosaries and select one pickup subtype when the full view becomes crowded.

Fixed pickup routes

The two layers cover recorded fixed positions. Use them for cache, deposit and shard collection routes rather than for enemy-drop comparisons.

Use the map for known caches, deposits and shard points. Add Enemies only after choosing a specific target and region.

Progress marks versus repeat routes

Mark a cache after discovering it and hide marked for a first collection sweep. Leave any stops you still want to revisit visible, or clear temporary marks after the session.

A story state can affect what is active at a recorded point. Continue the route when a marker has no current pickup instead of treating the coordinate as a guaranteed live item.

Fix a missing pickup

Check the passage branch and elevation. Pharloom’s route network can put a nearby pin behind a long connection. Add Passages or Locked ways when the straight approach fails.

Clear the search before switching from Rosaries to Shell Shards. An old “Rosary” filter makes the shard layer appear empty even when it is on.

Use the layer count as a map count

The 219 and 59 totals count location markers. They are not wallet totals, purchase requirements or a guarantee that every point is available in one story state. Treat them as the size of each location index.
