Which key is for Vlas?
The Unremarkable Key is associated with Vlas’s cage branch. Its description says that the lock is unknown, which is why searching the map for “Vlas” does not show the key under that name.
The pickup is on the Mammon side of the world, a few steps north of the Ballistazooka marker. Its exact use is still unclear. Take it when you pass through the area and let the active quest objective guide the next step.
Where are the Vlas’s Cage markers?
LootMap has two Vlas’s Cage markers in the same pocket of northwest Fainweald. They sit close together near Eredrim’s shell pickup, two Locked Gates and a Breakable Gate.
The cages are a long way from the Unremarkable Key. Open the Keys and Gates & Doors layers together to keep both areas visible while you travel.
Why Vlas is not a map marker yet
A permanent location for Vlas is not known. Follow the active quest objective or his latest dialogue when you need the character himself; the map pins cover only the key and cages.
