The Mistfall Hunter Objectives layer contains 180 recorded task positions: 92 on Hallowgrove, 41 on Brandrgarde South and 47 on Brandrgarde North.
Every marker currently uses the generic title “Task Objective”. A named task or place search will not isolate one. Choose the correct area, use the marker spread for route planning, and match the live objective against the visible terrain.
Objective counts and map support
| Area | Objectives | Landmarks | Extraction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hallowgrove | 92 | 28 | 18 |
| Brandrgarde South | 41 | 79 | 38 |
| Brandrgarde North | 47 | 0 | 22 |
South has fewer objective markers than North but far more Landmark icons. North requires more reliance on visible terrain and extraction positions.
Start with the correct sheet. The same generic label appears in all three areas, but the surrounding routes, landmarks and exits do not.
Narrow a task without a name search
- Choose the area shown by the live task.
- Turn on Objectives and leave other dense layers off.
- Compare the task clue with the visible objective clusters and terrain.
- Add Landmarks if the map has them.
- Add Extraction and Traversal before travelling.
Do not paste the objective sentence into search. The 180 pins share one generic title, so the query cannot distinguish them.
Build an objective route with an exit
An objective is rarely the safe end of the run. Hallowgrove objectives, landmarks and exits shows 138 planning points. Pick an exit beyond the objective, then check the final path for enemy clusters.
On South, 79 landmarks make route communication easier. Use the nearest named anchor when calling the objective to a squad. On North, keep two extraction options because the sheet has fewer supporting layers and no merchants.
Fixed point versus live objective state
Each match activates only the objectives allowed by its current state and progression. A recorded point can therefore be inactive during this raid.
Use the live task panel to confirm availability and the required step before travelling.
Track map knowledge separately from task completion
Mark a point after you learn its approach. Those marks stay in the browser and are separate for each area map. Hiding marked objectives is a good training view because it leaves only unfamiliar locations.
Do not treat the mark as permanent quest completion. A future run can use the same map point again. Save recurring objective links or leave those markers visible after the learning pass.
